IFHP typically covers emergency and essential dental procedures such as extractions, X-rays, dental exams, denture repairs, temporary fillings, and infection control. Routine cleanings, cosmetic procedures, and orthodontics are usually not included.
No. If your service is approved under IFHP guidelines, there is no cost to you. Our clinic bills the program directly.
Bring your IFHP eligibility document, UCI number, or any refugee claim paperwork. If you don’t have these documents, contact us and we’ll help you determine what is needed.
Yes. We aim to accommodate urgent IFHP cases on the same day, especially if you are in pain or dealing with infection.
No. Preventive or cosmetic services like cleanings, whitening, veneers, and orthodontics are not covered by IFHP.
